Hilarious James Franklin Post Game Conference

If you read between the lines, his message is perfectly clear.... He's telling the ungrateful Paterno worshipers, to kiss his ass and he absolutely has a point.

I don't care for him, but he has done a great job, recruiting and winning. He doesn't feel appreciated and the nitters may find out what life's like without him in the near future.... They can hire Jay Paterno. I'm sure he can get them to the national championship....

And they say these fake political videos dont fool anyone? Uh, yes they do. People are very stupid.
Yep. I actually hate these. Not because I’m duped. They all are very clearly AI generated. But as time goes by and technology gets better, it’s going to be near impossible to tell.

Buddy -
Do you think social media is NOT a bastion of misinformation?
What it boils down to is so many people don't know digital literacy. They think a meme is a news source. If it's on Facebook it legit. Add to it the pushback against mainstream media to the point that some think if I see it on NBC it can't be true....this is what you get. People thinking social media is an equivalent to actual journalism

"Actual" journalism did it to themselves by lying, and lying often. That's the ABCs, CBSs, NBCs, CNNs, etc.....
Disagree. What i would say is the failing of today's media is not to separate news and journalism from opinion...and that is where the mainstream media has failed....because most people are not sophisticated or invested enough into knowing the difference between the two. The associated press and PBS mostly are two news organizations that have mainly done a good job with this.

AI is destroying Boomer brains on Facebook every day, it's sort of scary
Millennial and Gen Z brains have been destroyed every day by having a phone in their hands pretty much since they could first speak.

While technology has been spiraling society downward since the birth of the internet, it has also allowed the people to fight back like we have seen on X since Elon took over.

Love him or hate him, he has enabled an awakening that the powerful elites no longer can control, and that is pretty exciting.

Exactly. Watching those liars get Community Noted on X after posting some BS is the best thing on the internet right now

I love them because they are funny as hell but they fool A LOT of people. Like this one was incredibly obvious yet it fooled people. But there are people who put political videos out like this and they actually try to fool people and many, many people believe them. Its scary. It gets back to the question is this form of blatant trickery considered free speech? Should you be able to defraud the public and just claim free speech? Laws from the 1700s dont always apply to today's technology.

Smh, because the things labeled untrue actually were true. I would never want anyone to be silenced or censored. Have an opinion, or thought, be ready to debate it or present facts either way.

Opinions are one thing. Flat-out lies are what I am talking about. Would it be wrong to flag this James Franklin video? You guys love to lie without consequences.

I don't hate AI. I hate people that fall for AI deep fakes ....like biden pledging allegiance to ISIS while having 6 hands coming out of his face. And people are like..."see i told you he supports isis."
AI is really useful as a tool .
I’ve used Microsoft Copilot to write budget proposals for new equipment for our hospital .

James Franklin is a disgrace to college football and the state of Pennsylvania, the governor should have him fired and band from coaching college football in pa for ever, he is a scum bag. Real classy guy

That's a pretty bold etc. you got there. Crazy that for some reason you failed to mention the bastion of journalism that paid the largest settlement in entertainment history for intentionally broadcasting false information. I can't imagine why...

It’s always the case
Affirmation bias is action

It is funny, almost every other day I have to tell my mom "no mom, the USPS does not have a package of yours and don't click on the link in the text message that starts out with a country code of Pakistan". But obiviously they get 1 out of 100 people to click. It is a shame, you have to be vigilant on these things, hell I have missed a bill or a customer call because there are so many scams. AI is only going to make this worse.

It is weird....technology has its advantages, but those who want to can and will use it for nefarious gains.
