Here's the quick article:

Hillary Clinton "couldn't stop crying" once she learned of her loss to Donald Trump on Tuesday, best-selling conservative author Ed Klein told Newsmax TV on Wednesday.

"About 6:30 this morning she called an old friend," he began on "The Steve Malzberg Show" in an interview. "She was crying, inconsolably.

"She couldn't stop crying.

"Her friend said — her female friend from way, way, back — said that it was even hard to understand what she was saying, she was crying so hard.

"This is Hillary we're talking about," Klein said.

"Eventually," he continued, "her friend said she could make out that she was blaming James Comey, the director of the FBI, for her loss — and this I don't understand exactly — and the president of the United States for not doing enough."

Klein said his source then asked further about President Barack Obama.

"She said: 'Well, she felt, Hillary felt, that the president could have stopped Comey a long time ago, because that's what [former President] Bill [Clinton] said."

You know I wanted Hillary over Trump but she really has no one to blame but herself. She was way too scripted and entitled. She hid herself for way too long and she just wasn't likeable. Plus she had no message as to why we should support her. It was always more Obama and Trump is evil. Her campaign staff imo really dropped the ball.

Hillary is only after power and money. That is all that she is about. When she saw the inevitable, of course she was distraught. In her mind, her life is over.

She accepts money from countries and people who support terrorism and are sympathizers with ISIS. She is indebted to way too many people. That would have been a dangerous situation for the U.S.

I do agree.....her campaign was poorly managed, she was a terrible candidate and not at all likeable, and she always blamed someone else for her massive shortcomings. She was out of touch with what's important to the American people and felt cocky about what she was doing. Fortunately, she lost. I'm not thrilled with who won, but it was the better alternative.

Trump represented change, Hillary the establishment. The voters were looking to say F-u to the establishment. But even with all the voter angst and baggage, Hillary still won the popular vote.

Agreed. Lots of working class dems crossed lines and voted for Trump. Which is quite interesting given Trump's history of stiffing people. And the "working" man and woman think this guy is gonna care about them? It seems like the Dems lost touch so maybe they figured they'd try something different???

I hope he does. But his history doesn't make me confident. But as I said somewhere else he's the man and that's that. I hope he turns out to be one of the best ever.

Ed Klein? Sure, he's credible.

From Wikipedia:

Klein has been criticized for his biography of Hillary Clinton, titled, The Truth About Hillary: What She Knew, When She Knew It, and How Far She'll Go to Become President, which was released on June 21, 2005. Politico criticized the book for "serious factual errors, truncated and distorted quotes and overall themes [that] don't gibe with any other serious accounts of Clinton's life."

The book was attacked not only by liberals, but by a neoconservative as well. John Podhoretz wrote in the New York Post, "Thirty pages into it, I wanted to take a shower. Sixty pages into it, I wanted to be decontaminated. And 200 pages into it, I wanted someone to drive stakes through my eyes so I wouldn't have to suffer through another word."

In National Review James Geraghty wrote, “Folks, there are plenty of arguments against Hillary Clinton, her policies, her views, her proposals, and her philosophies. This stuff ain’t it. Nobody on the right, left, or center ought to stoop to this level.”

Kathryn Jean Lopez of National Review asked Klein in a June 20, 2005 interview, "Why on earth would you put such a terrible story in your book...that looks to be flimsily sourced at that?," regarding his suggestion that Chelsea Clinton was conceived in an act of marital rape. Facing criticism from both the left and right for making the claim, Klein eventually backed away from the insinuation in an interview with radio host Jim Bohannon on June 23, 2005.

The British newspaper The Guardian pointed out a number of verifiable factual errors in Klein's 2014 book Blood Feud.

So now the riots and protests begin, so after watching jay walking with jay Leno and waters world, these college kids doing the protesting have no idea what they are protesting for, trump winning just gives them a reason to do so, other then that they have no clue

Yea. I'm sure none of them have a clue. How about stop generalizing? I'm pretty sure that crowd was a mix of astute down to clueless. The question I'd pose is how many of them voted. Those that didn't vote and are protesting are idiots in my opinion. And my guess is there would be quite a few. And those would fit in your categorizing them of something to do because he won. The rest - have at it as long as it's not destructive. It's not going to have any effect, but it's their right.

The DNC can take some blame also. They new she was a bad choice. I wonder how close they came to sacking her and asking Biden to run.

I think anyone protesting the results of a peaceful election need something better to do with their time, but that is their right.

Of course. Discredit the source when you don't like the content. You don't think Hillary was distraught or blamed anyone but herself? Blame has always been her M.O. Nothing is ever her fault. Nothing far-fetched here. Her lifelong goal ended. I give her credit if this is all that we learn about the hours after her defeat. Get over defending her. Time to move on from the Clinton Crime Syndicate. Their time has passed.

You mean like burning couches in the streets to celebrate a football game?
No need to get too deep or philosophical about this...sometimes a-holes are just a-holes. (Not you, btw, just the people doing these things.)

I offered proof that the guy's writing reputation is shady. But you keep defending him because it agrees with your belief system.

You should be proud: you think just like the Joebots.

I have no doubt Mrs. Clinton was inconsolable and in disbelief when she realized that her dream had collapsed.

Obama didn't exactly exude rabid enthusiasm for his one-time rival and employee. He toyed with her like a cat, possibly at the expense of his own legacy.

But this loss is on Hillary. Her deeply funded and well-oiled machine should have Zambonied Don Trump. Hubris and blindness "done her in".

The emails revealed her contempt for just about everybody and how willing she was to screw over Bernie Sanders. The pay-for-play stuff, the debate question leaks, the open borders, the comments like "put a lot of coal miners out of work", the arrogance, the projected sense of "You owe me, America", insensitive remarks about religious groups.... yadda yadda. All of it adds up and turns away more voters at every turn. For me, the "deplorables" comment was when she crossed the rubicon. Piss off half the country? She was toast. Call it 13-9.

Trump was a four-touchdown underdog going into this campaign. Far from the perfect candidate, his many flaws chronicled publicly. And like Hillary, his personal wealth metrics were far closer to Wall Street than Main Street. But Trump smartly tapped into The Rage and pinned Hillary to the Establishment Elitist wall. And enough voters realized that we weren't electing the First Saint, and that many presidents, including the Dems' beloved Bill Clinton, were not exactly Boy Scouts.

Brilliant.

History will remember Hillary as a star-crossed figure who attained unimaginable heights only to meet her own personal Waterloo.

One final thought: The first female US president will be one who comes across as Maternal, not Matriarchal. She will embrace men as well as women and promote the advancement of women's issues without fomenting a gender war. Most men love their mothers. The woman who can strike that chord AND have the brains and experience to lead will succeed. Hillary was not that woman.

Where Am I defending him? I just don't question that Hillary was inconsolable and placing blame like you are trying to do. I don't need a blogger or writer to tell me that. We know who she is. I remember in 2008 when she ripped her team apart and blamed her "geniuses" when she lost the Iowa caucus to Obama. It's never her fault. She always the victim.

"Best selling conservative author" ?? And I should believe that story why ?? It is self serving, obviously for the Trump fans to read. Half of the voters did not support Trump so he is in for a rocky ride.

Your second paragraph. You must not have watched Obama's speeches supporting her. VERY enthusiastic.

The election is over, Hillary lost. End of story. Why are there protests? Do these idiots really believe that if they protest, the results will change? They look like fools.

Let me say this about that, because as upset as I may be about the election outcome, I do not and cannot defend those actions. As hard as the outcome may be for many of us to swallow, we must, however reluctantly, accept.it. As President Obama himself stated publicly, the peaceful transition of power is the hallmark of our democracy.. Let me repeat that. The PEACEFUL transition of power is the hallmark of OUR democracy. This can't be merely attributed to youthful hooliganism, either. When I was in my 20s, there was a presidential election outcome that I found almost equally distasteful--Ronald Reagan's victory. I didn't take to the streets . . . and I don't recall anyone else doing so either. What's happening now is unprecedented, distasteful, and WRONG!

I voted for GJ and he di well considering the finances. People are tired of the same-old-same-old. If it had not been for the rigging of the Democratic Party with super delegate votes, etc. Bernie Sanders may have beaten Hillary. This shows that two candidates from the extreme opposites of the spectrum may have be the final candidates. The mainstream was rejected in total.

Also, Uma Abadan had a computer Anthony Weiner the sex deviate had access to with many thousands of classified emails that NYC and NY state police has access to once he was arrested... Hillary's own internal staff had no discipline at all. She should blame herself.

He VERY much wants his legacy to remain. Hence his support.
His legacy is about to be shredded

Starting DAY1

The legacy will be the shambles and rubble he left the democrat party in after 8 yrs in the WH

The Clinton Machine WAS the DNC.....

The Clintons made sure of that from the beginning....actually before the beginning

Good post. At this juncture, the Clinton campaign and those associated with it should publicly come out and tell these rioters to back off and stop destroying people's property and rioting. People are getting hurt and most, if not all, of these rioters don't even know what they're rioting about. Very simple if Hillary herself would publicly state that the rioters should cease immediately or face arrest. Every one of them. But Hillary is about Hillary, is a coward, and won't do anything like that. She is probably reveling privately in seeing what her supporters are doing. What she does and says publicly is quite a different story, as we all know.

You are correct.....the key word for the transition is "peaceful". I hope that we get that shortly.

Trump represented change, Hillary the establishment. The voters were looking to say F-u to the establishment. But even with all the voter angst and baggage, Hillary still won the popular vote.

She had 3 million more votes in California. Trump didn't campaign there. It would've been a waste of money. If he did he would've won the popular vote. He was smart. Mentioning the popular vote is being a sore loser.

I could say that the Trump voters didn't know what they were voting for either since Trump is all for himself and the middle class will not be helped by him.

The white working class was sick of the bullshit the past 8 years. Sick and tired of supporting the lazy scum of America. They're sick and tired of paying taxes to pay for food for 1/3 of the prisoners in this country that are illegal immigrants.

I don't agree with everything Trump says but most definitely right wing it. Not extreme, but moderate.

The elite leveled people all crying and threatening to leave the country should. The middle class people are the ones who made their careers so good luck in a different country.

People say "well the democrats didn't vote" well no shit they didn't. They clearly didn't want to vote for her. Not voting for her is a vote for him.

The middle class working Americans will be helped. We won't have to support scum bags anymore. We get to keep our guns.

You say Trump is all for himself? How? In the sense he makes a ton of money? You know he employees tens of thousands of people right?
