Gee, one would think he would have been arrested or something. But he wasn't.

Maybe his company was just a vendor to some bad guys. Those bad guys might have Microsoft, too. Do you want to accuse Microsoft of consorting with a cybercrime gang? Or maybe they used Apple phones. Should Apple be smeared as a vendor for this gang?
