It seems like he wants the blue bloods to start pushing harder for him - it doesn’t seem like they’ve moved yet, though, in any significant way.
It seems unlikely that he’d come back around just because it’s so rare for a decommit to recommit...but we’re definitely still recruiting him, and who knows what’ll happen if we go a few months down the road and the blue bloods still haven’t turned up the heat.

I think I heard Pitt was in top 3 with Indiana and Kansas? The PSN article mentioned a 2023 player who knows him and seems that recruit likes PITT. I was going to make a bold prediction that if Reid commits, JHS will follow. I think he needs to see either winning (didn’t his uncle post something about him liking the win over duke) or other potential high recruits commit.

In any event I don’t believe there’s any way Pitt moved on from him. If he still wanted to come here Capel would be a fool to say no. And I don’t “know” anything either so I should have been clearer that was an opinion. And it’s my opinion he’s not coming here. As someone said above once someone decommits is almost always over. I’d love to be wrong though.
He has a good relationship with Capel. Blah,blah
