Both teams have struggled this year under new coaches, but today was a great day for both

**Womens softball beat BC 11-0 in a mercy-rule shortened game

**Mens baseball won at #25 Florida State 10-0. It is only our 2nd win ever against FSU, a traditional baseball power, in like 27 tries! And our ew coach used to be an assistant at FSU! Sweet homecoming!

I was shocked by the baseball score. Not just winning, but a major thumping on the road.

Wild softball game today. BC scores 6 (unearned) in the 2nd and had an 8-2 lead going to the bottom of the 3rd. Pitt scores 7 in the bottom of the 3rd to take a 9-8 lead. Pitt adds 2 in the 4th before BC gets 4 in the 5th to take a 12-11 lead. It stays that way to the bottom of the 7th. Pitt gets a walk, double and hit batsmen to load the bases. Pop out, fly out to left, down to their last strike, Kaitlyn Kruger hits a pinch hit grand slam home run, Pitt wins, 15-12.
