Just wondering what the logistics would be. Could Pitt get a waiver? Could they seat all bench players in the bleachers or the locker room? Or will they just ignore the capacity restriction and have 50-60 people in there? Again, I think these limitations should be based on venue size and the the FH should be ok to handle 50-60 people but the PA mandate doesn't specify size.
How can Pitt host volleyball this weekend with 25 limit?
