their offense look among the worst I've seen ever. Unless washingtons defense is that good.
Starting Qb went down in the second series. We would of looked pitiful if are Qb went downWashington has an excellent defense .
And Michigan is More a product of a bad big 10

michigan would have a much tougher task at stopping Pitts offense as opposed to Pitt stopping michigans offense.Michigan is very good, if you think they're a byproduct of the B1G then you're mistaken, they'd beat Pitt by three touchdowns. Pitt has not seen a defense remotely close to the level of Michigans this season. Michigan haw lost two of their last three because their offense has struggled and they did not protect the football.
Washington has an excellent team, but agree they're not as good as I had thought. I've only seen Washington play Stanford and USC, so there is not a large of sample size to judge them by, but if they are frauds it'll show up in the final four.
There isn't a team in the big10 I wouldn't feel confident beating right now.their offense look among the worst I've seen ever. Unless washingtons defense is that good.

Michigan and Ohio state's offense is average at best. Put any pressure on Miller and he's a deer in headlights and Michigan can't throw the ball downfield.
Granted our defense has been bad, but I don't see those teams scoring that many points on us especially when we can stop the run.
If Ped st played Mich today, I would put money on It being 39-10....oh wait that already happened.
And you are showing your big (whatever they call it) bias. You are saying PITT would only score 10 points, have you watched this offense. The QB at OSU is JT Barrett, the fact that you say a three year starter with a national championship on his resume (he was injured, but did win 10 games prior) shows your bias towards Pitt.
STOP. I'm pretty sure Miami 'stopped' us. Hell, I see 4 'Ls' on our record. Pretty sure they count as being 'stopped.' Just want to pump the brakes here. A little perspective goes a long way...michigan would have a much tougher task at stopping Pitts offense as opposed to Pitt stopping michigans offense.
Aside from Alabama, there isn't a team in the country that stop on us on offense.

Offensively no. Defensively those games were worse than every one but last week.STOP. I'm pretty sure Miami 'stopped' us. Hell, I see 4 'Ls' on our record. Pretty sure they count as being 'stopped.' Just want to pump the brakes here. A little perspective goes a long way...
You are right we were "stopped" 4 times. Scored 28 on Miami and "stopped", the lowest out put of the year, a bad game. The other "stops" were shootouts that weren't on the offense, but according to you they were "stops". Maybe this is the new term for a loss.STOP. I'm pretty sure Miami 'stopped' us. If Pitt and Michigan played today, I'd put money on it being 35-10, Pitt is soft on defense and Michigan would stop the smoke and mirror offense Canada runs, I've watched Matt Canada for years at Whisky and NCSU, what Pitt did this season was nothing short of amazing, but the offensive line was just ridiculous, three or four guys will be in the NFL.
But Michigans front four would control the line of scrimmage and take away Connor and their secondary is is the second best unit behind Alabama when it comes down to man lock
What do you actually contribute to these conversations other than your smart remarks and back handed comments towards Penn State when they were not even brought up, no wonder why Pitt fans here get upset with all the Penn State chatter here, people like you continue to find ways to bring them up.
Pitt has a fine football team, I simply said I didn't believe they'd have a shot with Michigan, how you brought up Penn State is about as funny as your forum name.

Reading some of these posts, It's a wonder we ever lost, let alone to 4 teams that are significantly inferior to the top 2 teams in the B10. Syracuse hung 61 on our ad. You think Michigan or OSU have lesser offenses than Cuse? Please. There isn't a team in the big10 I wouldn't feel confident beating right now.

Iowa made Mich look pedestrian, I would take the PITT offense against the Mich defense right now, maybe not at the beginning of the year, but right now hell yes. Quit looking through big 10 colored glasses and just look at the facts,Thank you!
I'm not knocking Pitt at all, they just haven't seen a defense like Michigan and what Michigan is capable of doing to an opponent.
Hence why I think Pitt would stand a chance vs both. Michigan and osu aren't pass heavy like ok st, unc, and Miami nor do they have elite wide outs like them. They reply on their power running game.Reading some of these posts, It's a wonder we ever lost, let alone to 4 teams that are significantly inferior to the top 2 teams in the B10. Michigan has thrown the ball downfield all year. Their QB is playing with a broken collarbone. He wasn't even supposed to suit up against OSU, and his backup stinks. That has limited them hugely the past couple weeks.
Pitt CAN beat most teams on any given day, but WOULD is a another matter. Any team that can throw the ball downfield and has big, athletic outside receivers has been able to score at will on us.
The biggest laugher here is Michigan's offense. This is a team that couldn't break 300 yards in a game in it last 3 games. Michigan had to come from behind to beat Indiana for Pete sake. The funny thing is whether anyone wants to blame injuries or not, Michigan and Ohio State have both looked like shit for weeks. I got a feeling USC is going to put a beating and a clinic on Michigan. But we have a couple jokers on here that think Pitt would only score 10 points against Michigan. Some of the posters in this thread should join the circus and submit your clown application today. Like I said, I'm used to the big ten laying down in bowl season. Repeat of 2006? Perhaps. There was a joker yesterday that was trying to say this years Ohio state team was as good as 1995 Nebraska. Simply stunningIowa made Mich look pedestrian, I would take the PITT offense against the Mich defense right now, maybe not at the beginning of the year, but right now hell yes. Agree that Pitt would score some points on Michigan, but anyone suggesting this is an even game is being silly.
If they played today Michigan would be a double digit favorite and justifiably so.
lots of parity this season imo. Even Bama is not the untouchable clear number 1 I thought they were
Umm....yes they are. Nobody else is even in the same area code.lots of parity this season imo. Even Bama is not the untouchable clear number 1 I thought they were
Bama is the clear number 1. They just came off of a no touchdown November.

Are you high?Bama is definitely beatable, I wouldn't mind watching Wisconsin play them. Unfortunately it won't happen this year
They could beat themselves, once in a while by having a bad game and making a lot of mistakes, but that's about it.Bama is definitely beatable, I wouldn't mind watching Wisconsin play them. Unfortunately it won't happen this year

They will easily win the NC again this year,, which will give them 5 NCs in the last 10 years. So you can believe whatever you want, but Bama is far and away the dominant program in college football, and nobody else comes close.
It was easy. Nice how Pitt win keeps over rated PSU out of the playoffs!their offense look among the worst I've seen ever. Unless washingtons defense is that good.
