Everybody knows Pitt has to pay a premium to come here given our situation. The number thrown out for Hurley was $3.2 million per, not sure how accurate that was. He agreed to take less, $2.75 million and pay $90K more in state taxes, probably a few extra hundred thousand on a house and higher cost of living in general.
So, what # did Pitt need to get to? Just total guesses here based on Matt's posts was that Hurley was asking for $4 million and I'd guess he would have taken $3.75 million.
Should we have gone higher?
Should we meet Oats's demands ($3.5 million is my guess)
If Pitt can't pay the premium, its only choice is to go really cheap
