How to Watch ACCNX With Sling? Help!

Last night the game wouldn’t play on my TV using Sling. I kept getting error messages that said nothing about the game being blacked out here in the DC Xurbs

That failing, I went to the ESPN App on my IPad to watch it. The game came up and ran for a while. Then I got a message I needed to sign in with my TV provider but when I hit the button to go there it went nowhere but right back to the game screen page without any opportunity to enter Sling and password as my TV provider. Apparently the ESPN App was still registering HULU as my TV provider when I was no longer a HULU subscriber.

Finally, I was able to change my TV provider to Sling within my iPad controls (not within thei ESPN app). From there I was able to watch the rest of the game on my iPad. So I believe I am now set to watch ACCN Xtra on my iPad with the problem fixed for my iPad.

Can some savvy person explain to me how to resolve the problem on my TV so that I am not limited to iPad viewing of ACCNX only on my iPad?

Do I make a change in my ROKU platform? Or, in the ESPN app? Or?

Use the ESPN app and then your cable provider login. That’s how I did it when I had sling

Changed my tv provider to Sling within ESPN on ROKU. Hope it works. The test will be the Drexel game Saturday afternoon.
