What it takes to be a top notch program..besides his bone headed game decisions....he hasn’t been able to hire and keep a decent OC...nor recruit a top notch QB( and Pickett is nothing more than average)... I am tired of watching multiple programs make faster progress (see NC and BC)and recruit better talent than Nards does in his sixth year...our AD.needs to take a serious look @ Nards...as the Pitt faithful continue to dwindle with each unexplainable loss and 7 win max season.
