But they were tied 52-52 with Wisconsin and then Joe Young decided to go into business for himself, resulting in Wisky cruised to victory.

26 points, 10-23 from the field. Has anyone watched Oregon this year? Is he as much of a ball hog as he seems?

That kid would drive me crazy if he were on Pitt.

That's how he is at all times. They live and die with him. I believe his father is on their coaching staff or something like that.

5-star from Houston, originally went to Houston, his father got fired from theit coaching staff, Young then transferred and (I think) followed him to Oregon.

Young has had an amazing season, and they pretty much lived and died with him this year. Even if he may have forced it a little today I don't see how anyone could complain. He was the best player this year in a good conference.

they would've never made the dance without him...

He's their best player and one of the nation's leading scorers. He's also UO's assist leader and he rebounds well.

scorers shoot, and they don't all go in.

If we had a guy like Young this year, maybe we'd have been playing today.

I'll be honest-I'd kill for Pitt to have that player.

Re: they would've never made the dance without him...

Thanks for the clarification.

I watched him for ten minutes tonight and that's why I asked for more info on his body of work.

He is their whole team. They started the season with Three returning scholarship players. THREE! For him to bring them to the 2nd round of the NCAAs is amazing
