Because it is clear that they have worked hard on their bodies and to improve their games, and it does look like they will win more games this year and likely get into the NCAAs with JRob, Young and Artis more mature and ready to win games.

But, the same fundamental issues exist with this team.

1) They can't keep track of shooters, man or zone.

2) They are still far too reliant on shooting jumpers for a team that does not have good jump shooters - they may run a little hot at times, but the only guy who MIGHT be a good consistent jump shooter is Johnson, and he isn't that yet, not even remotely.

3) Despite bringing in the fifth year seniors, this is still a team that gets out physicaled.

Again, this should be a 20+ win team that makes the NCAAs, and probably will win some big games, but it still seems to be the same team it has been for too long now, just deeper and with some solid core guys that you can win some games with.
