In fact I'd go so far as to say that if anyone did have it at 6.5 when everyone else had it at 3 or 3-1/2 that the people running those places were negligent.
That 6.5 is a fictional number. Vegas Insider technically uses the first number "sent" to them, which is almost always CG Tech. Just because it's sent doesn't mean it's available for betting. I know this for a fact as I was sitting in one of CG's books last Sunday and that 6.5 was never up on their board.
The first place that actually had a betting number on the board was the Wynn (as usual) and they opened at Miami -4.
We are about equal, according to the line, added home field advantage in for Miami.

Wow you are not too sharp. What do games from the 80's, 90's, and 00's have to do with whether Pitt wins today? Miami was at it's all time peak and Pitt was at its worst lows for most of those games. This is not the "U" from 30 for 30 genius. And this Pitt is not Johny Majors part two.

I agree I think it's just a bad matchup and the first series just proved the Dbacks learned nothing the last 9 days never even looked back for the ball. Kaya will eat this defense alive.

Thanks Del. You could see this blowout coming a mile away. Awful pass defense and no pass rush against a team that has speed speed speed was going to = a long afternoon. But the kool-aid drinkers on here don't want to accept reality. You and I and a few others do.

This might sound a little corny but honestly, as a lifelong Pitt fan and knowing the strengths and weaknesses of each team plus the history: I was very confident Pitt would get blown out. I felt that way all week.
Exactly what I meant. I like our offense usually, I think if weah catches that easy pass, who knows what happens.
But also it wasn't like you just thought Pitt sucked and would get killed. You legitimately thought Miami was a bad matchup for us, and they were. Because really, that is not a good Miami team. I didn't want to think we could lose to a mediocre team like that, but you knew it was coming. And right you were.
