Fans on this board are blaming the play calling in the second half as some reason we didn’t score more points while failing to acknowledge that Pitt turned the ball over 3 TIMES!!!!!! Yes, 3!? Hard to call plays when the ball isn’t in your hands. I think there are some inexperienced players on this team who need to learn to keep focus and detail for a full 60 minutes whether they are leading big or down late. You need to play to your assignment and not try to do too much. People are killing the run play to Carter of 3rd & long from the 50. The play is blown up because no picked up the blitzing LB.
Now, I would like to seen the ball fed to Mack and Ffrench more in the 2nd half of games. They didn’t touch the ball until the last drive. So I can put some on Whipple for that. Although, he did get Mack open on the 3rd down when Kenny threw a pick to a DT!
