I love this tweet

A lot of real quiet Tomlin haters recently. 8-2 with 2 starting offensive linemen on Injured Reserve for most of the season and a backup.
Really? Hasn’t been very quiet from where I sit. 8-2 is awesome and he should be praised for it. He also can’t hide from the last decade either.

If he wants to quiet his critics, win a playoff game.

I’m a Tomlin fan but this is more than fair. Can’t win it or even go deep every year but he’s come up too short in the playoffs even considering how they had to go against Brady/Belichick.

George Pickens is a PSG fan and wearing their gear in the post game? Weird…

You think winning just one will do that??
I'd like that in writing!

Steelers definitely looking like a contender currently. Held on for the win in spite of the red zone failures and a few bone-headed plays that made it closer than it should have been. Russell Wilson’s INT one of them, saw what he was trying to do there but bad judgement considering it was Darnell Washington there in the end zone not a George Pickens. And then the Justin Fields way too early slide that should have been an easy 1st down. Reminded me of the Pitt game was it last year or the year before, and was it Christian V who did the way too early slide?

This Steelers team really would be looking good if they could have successfully acquired a #2 receiver beacause Jefferson, Austin and Williams ain’t it. But they’re still getting it done!!

edit: forgot to mention the big plays to offset the boneheaded ones. Payton Wilson INT soooo good and timely among them.

There was a lot of complaining and questioning why Mike Williams was not on the field. He catches the game winner last week and is far better than Jefferson or Austin but he hardly played. I don't get it.

I missed on my parlay for him to get two catches. I’m a bit salty too. Not sure how many snaps he got but I know he wasn’t targeted once.

It may have been worth giving up a 4 for Hopkins. That’s what I don’t get. Both cost a 5 (and the Steelers best 5). Plus it would have kept him from KC who obviously is still a big obstacle.

But yea - I don’t get not using Williams much either, must be some reason.

Keeping him fresh for Thursday night?

It's so odd how much we win against them when they typically have the talent edge and play as well or better than us on top of that, aside from a few key plays. Just continue to drag them into the exact game we want to play. And they continue to screw up just enough.

Steelers have to figure how to get the ball into the end zone.
FG's won't cut it going forward.

They need to get the ball out much quicker. Wilson got sacked way too many times waiting on slow developing plays.
Jones continues to be a turnstile at RT. No other answers so he's just going to have to improve.

Offense regressed badly though. Oline stinks. If the offense plays like that against either KC or Buffalo in the playoffs the Steelers lose by 2 TD's or more.

I couldn’t believe it when Tucker missed 2 very makeable mid-range FGs in the 1st Qtr, I know he’s having an un-Tucker like season but that was still very unexpected

I don't think much can be taken away from Steelers/Ravens games. Both teams play a brand of football they only play in this specific game. Probably moreso for Baltimore, but still. I wouldn't be surprised if we drop 30-something multiple more times.

Well considering the Ravens have the worst ranked pass defense in the NFL and the Steelers couldn't exploit that mainly because their Oline looked like Pitt's Oline - I think that's a problem.

I am a Tomlin supporter, but they aren't quite there yet, Oline not good enough, and fears about WR's are playing out,IMHO

Baltimore was dropping a bunch of guys back and Wilson was refusing to throw short. It was a bad combo. Seemed like he fixed it a bit as the game progressed. Fields might have actually been the more successful QB in a game like this, but it's Wilson's team now.

I think you can throw the stats out the window in these games, as cliche as that is. Guys getting into it after every play, etc. What these teams do in the other 15 games just isn't the same as these ones.

I hear you but we all saw what Cincinnati did to the Ravens defense, they shredded their secondary. The Steelers started throwing to Washington late in the game and used the middle of the field. That should have been the gameplan from the beginning.

It's an unconventional offense, but I'm starting to come around on it. Two good backs. A receiver who has one of the oddest skillsets in the NFL. A decent tight end and another T/TE hybrid guy who is starting to come around. A solid QB and another one they can add some packages for. We shall see where this leads.

I don't know what's sadder, that she thought that was funny enough to do it in the first place, or that she thought it was so funny that she had to post it on the internet.

Either way, what a pathetic person.
I just scrolled through her account. She’s really obnoxious. I can see how 10’s of thousands of yinzers find her interesting.
