I really hate having nothing to look forward to in March

Especially seeing all the area teams, yes even PSU, making March interesting.

I really hope this year is an aberration.

March used to be so fun when we made runs in the conference tournament and had the NCAA's to look forward to.

C'mon coach, bring some talent back into this program.

Go Bucs!

I confess, I have absolutely 0 interest in college basketball beyond hoping for a UK-Duke NC game. That's it. Go Bucs indeed.

What did PSU do to make March interesting? They came within 5 points of playing themselves on to the NIT bubble, and now they'll be in the CBI. That's interesting?

In any case... as long as there's gambling and brackets, March is always interesting for me. Much more interesting when Pitt is in the NCAA tourney, but still interesting when they aren't.

Did they end up losing? Ha, they were up a 11 when I looked earlier.

Actually better for my brackets when Pitt isn't there. I let sentiment get in the way of better judgement, and they always kicked my butt. Easier to be objective without a dog in the fight.

Will miss Pitt not being in the NCAAS this year, but I enjoy college basketball. It will be interesting to see which conference ends up being the strongest. Tired of hearing about the Big 12. Let's see. Anyway, I'm confident we'll be in the mix next year.
Go Pitt!

I'm fired up for the NIT.

Well, maybe not so much. But its a bit more Pitt hoops. Certainly more interesting than April will be.

Re: I'm fired up for the NIT.

April not interesting???

The NIT final is April 2; then we have Passover, Easter, baseball opening day, Administrative Professionals Day, and Earth Day, just to name a few of the significant milestones coming in the month. You have to think outside the bracket.

Don't forget my birthday and the annual Blue/Gold game and Spring Panther football;) Hail to Pitt!
