I believe that there is some young very raw talent on the team that can be used. I believe that Kevin Sherman will either earn his paycheck this year or if they struggle all year he may be given the ol pink slip. Butler-Jenkins, Shocky, Michael Smith, Darian Street...All young players that have potential. Now potential and actually putting it up in a game are very different things. Tipton is a wildcard and Lopes is a good possession receiver. I want Matthews to be our #1 but he just hasn't broken out like I had hoped. He could be a solid #2 but at the end of the day we need a #1. If any of those young guys want to be a star they could not ask for a better situation to break out. Any one think differently?
