I get the feeling he is coming to Pitt actually. I am pretty pessimistic on recruits usually, but unless big bucks get thrown around, it seems like he really likes Pitt

Then why do you care that 247 or rivals hasn't assigned a number to him? If they decide tomorrow to make him #125, does that make him better?

I'll answer, no it doesn't. It means they aren't doing a very good job evaluating prospects, and have only reacted to coaches who have done a good job evaluating the talent available.
