He is a great recruiter and did a pretty good job in his 1 year as an OC at Western Kentucky.

I am not positive, but wasn't WKy a spread team? If so, I don't think Pitt would be looking. I think Narduzzi likes, and Pitt is built for a Pro offense.

Most G5 teams run spreads. Odd the top of my head, I cant think of any that run a pro-style so its hard to find an up and coming pro-style coordinator. That's why Narduzzi has hired 2 P5 cast-offs (1 for 2 on that) and why he probably promotes Tim Salem.

You don't think Canada ran a form of the spread offense in some situations?

How about another former WKU OC, Ty Helton at USC. He's their QB coach and passing game coordinator and may be looking to make the step up with Tee Martin firmly entrenched as their OC. He is young and did well at USC this year with their freshman QB. I know his brother is the head coach but perhaps he'd value career advancement over staying w/ his brother.
