We need to all attend the game and yell our arses off.

We had fairly decent turnouts to alot of the games ad this needs to improve even more. I remember being in Phoenix against Utah and being embarrassed by the turnout. This game is close to the burgh, get in your cars and go to the game!!

By the way don't blame the AD! Not like he chose this game the bowls chose us! Only one way to turn this around

Please. If we brought 20K to this game, its not going to make a bit of difference. Pitt is a northern smallish school with a small fanbase. We're never going to get bowls our record deserves. Pitt is always going to get the worst bowl our record allows. That's just the bowl biz.

Yes, this is true. To the best of my knowledge, Pitt has gotten the worst bowl game allowed by our record every single time since the Walt era with the exception of one year we managed the Insight Bowl which surprised some people.

Tom O'Brien stated that was a reason he left BC. He had really good teams that kept getting passed over. Hopefully, Narduzzi is fine with it.

Realistically if you're not in the playoffs, what is different about a bowl game from a regular season game? We could easily the sell the fact that those other schools will not play a real game til mid October every year.

Your post earlier said you've never been to a PITT bowl so I guess you're part of the problem so stop commenting on the bowl attendance issue.

I've never been to a bowl, but had game and plane tickets to the Fiesta Bowl. Someone along the line messed everything up. So not my fault that I became "part of the problem". And to be honest I don't think I would usually go to the Military Bowl. But I will this year, as this team could go to the worst bowl ever, play it on Jupiter, and would still deserve all of our support. Get to Annapolis people!
