If Whipple can get this stiff to play even mediocre he deserves coach of the century[/QUOTE
Short to medium pass plays take long to develop. Receivers not getting separation?
Give it until the end of September huh? You are probably the same guys that wanted to fire Canada the year they put up 40 per game. UVA just might be the best team on the schedule for all you know.
Kenny is a much better competitor and playmaker. He just doesn’t have consistent accuracy and that’s a problem
Tino completely crumbled in crunch time every single time. If he were at qb tonight though, there would’ve been no crunch time... Pitt would’ve lit up the scoreboard. Even his senior year with very good numbers, he wasn’t as good as the numbers looked. But I would take him in a heartbeat right now and feel very confident this team could win 8+ games minimum. Pickett was worse than any Pitt qb in a long time tonight.Kenny has played for 1 HC and 2 Pcs. Toni played for 3 HC and 4 Pcs with one of those coaches running a style that could not have been worst suited for Tino. Tink played in the CFL. Picket will never throw a meaningful football after graduation.
His only issues are he can't locate open receivers, he can't throw accurate passes, no confidence after three years, no instinct for the position, other than that he's great?Kenny is a much better competitor and playmaker. He just doesn’t have consistent accuracy and that’s a problem
