Could happen. Their schedule is honestly about the weakeast a P5 schedule could ever be and the Big Ten is mostly a JV league with 3 varsity teams. Iowa has thrown for 250 yards combined the last 3 weeks and won all 3. If they finish 11-1, they might not crack the Top 20 of the CFP rankings due to SOS

You didn't learn yet from essentially saying the same thing in that Louisville would go 12-0 because their schedule was so weak... Welp. Yeah.

Defense must be good.

Wow that is possible with their remaining schedule. Would bet they slip and loss one or two though. And whoever comes out of the big 10 west… probably them… is guaranteed to get destroyed in the conference championship game.

Are you on Twitter, SMF? If so, you should follow the “Sickos Committee”. I’ve enjoyed their documentation of Brian Ferentz’s ‘Climb for 325’:

Wiscy fans were booing as I watched during commercials of other real football games. Anyone notice if they jumped around after 3? Luke needs a QB badly.

Meanwhile the much maligned Graham Mertz is having a nice season against much tougher competition at Florida.

I said could not would. You people get so mad at stuff like this. Iowa will be favored or close to it the rest of the way. They could go 11-1. There's a legit chance. Would be hilarious if they are ranked like #22

Tanner Mordecai was really good at SMU.

I haven't watched Wisconsin this year, but I thought they would be a little better than they were offensively.

They lost yesterday in a shootout against Minnesota 12-10. So best they can do is 10-2.

Remember the movie lines, "Is this heaven. No, it's Iowa." You can now add, "Where offense goes to die."

They have to have one of the worst offenses of all time over these last few years. And what do they get for it? 2 great bowl games.

The funny part about that punt they brought back was they still had the ball in great field position with plenty of time left and only needed a field goal... but it was like it was just understood by everyone that bringing the ball back to the 40 or 45 or whatever it was meant it would be an automatic loss. Their offense is unbelievable.
