Is Terrish Webb still on the team?

I have read every article and watched every Pitt Live Wire of spring article and I don't remember his name even being mentioned once. I realize he may still be injured but even if so, I figured I would have heard his name at least mentioned when talking about the safeties or the defense in general. There was a post on twitter awhile ago that said he was transferring. Did he?

Sorry. LOL. It is corrected. It was Titus Howard, one of the 3 Ts of Clairton's recruiting class.
