I hope not, I will be at my cousins wedding and was planning on watching it on the espn app. I highly doubt there will be a tv there with the game on.

I think it might be blacked out based on what the watchespn website says. I could probably fool the app into thinking that I live in a different state, but that hassle just isn't worth it to me. If they black out the Pitt game then I have no problem watching the Clemson vs. Louisville game instead.

It will be absolutely, positively blacked out on ESPN3/watchESPN in all markets which have a RSN who bought the game. So, in Pgh, yes, you cant stream it live. Check my TV post for other markets showing the game (meaning streaming blackout).

It will be available on ESPN3/watchESPN about 15 minutes or so after the game ends. So either shut your phone off and DVR it or log onto ESPN3 around 11:30 to be sure the game has ended and watch it then.
