It must be a ACC broadcast. WTAE is the local carrier for the ACC games they aren't going to give up the ABC programming for a Pitt game so they send it to it's sister station This TV that's pretty common.

don't worry about home game TV carriers.... just come to the game. There are seats available and it's an 8pm tip off, so traffic is a non-issue.
