Correct, if IH would have phoned a friend or teammate and had them come get him, picked up the towed vehicle later like hundreds of others, it would be completely different for all.
Even worse, he had the opportunity to walk away twice.
Rational behavior after a night of drinking doesn’t always go together .
I wasn’t there , have no idea what was said or done so I have no opinion on how everyone acted , but no one’s going to jail whose not on probation for what he supposedly did .
True. Nor do I propose that IH is a bad kid at all over this incident, its part of the learning curve, in fact from what I see he has responded to it all with nothing but class. It's when other people infer that it is the fault of others that he is in this mess that I can not agree with.
It’s not unlike people who speculate on how coaches and players interact , unless your there you have no idea . Im just glad this was settled, time to move on and play some ball .
