Fresh off rolling out a brand new look to our message boards, front pages and articles, we're excited to announce the release of the Rivals.com app. You can get it for iOS or Android; just search "rivals football" or "rivals recruiting" and you'll see it.
What can you get with the app? For starters, it's an easy non-web-based way to access the site. That means front page, articles and the message boards. Plus, we can now push notifications to your phone - so if there's breaking news, you're going to get a notification on your phone (it's like the old Text Alert system, just way more effective and reliable).
Plus, you can also set it to get notifications from the message boards, so if someone replies to your post or likes your post, you'll get a notification about it.
What you download today is just the first version; there will be lots of tweaks and updates and it will keep getting better. But I'm pretty excited about what I've seen so far. Check it out and let me know what you think.
