It's not negative recruiting if it's the truth.

Jimmy's record speaks for itself.

1) Started a group of hostesses at Vandy to assist in recruiting even though he knew it was against the rules, and got one of them raped.
2) After said rape, he and Gault contacted her because he "cared" about her.
3) Deleted phone records, text messages, and security video.
4) Changed his story about seeing the video. Either he didn't care enough to watch it or he lied to his team. That's a lose/lose either way.

5) Publicly proclaimed he only hires coaches with hot wives. Yes, he's proud of this FACT.

6) Has not demonstrated he's an elite head coach based on his factual record of 31 wins and 21 losses while never finishing above 4th place in the conference in which his team resides.

7) To top it all off, he's coaching at an institution that was involved in one of the most heinous cover ups in sports history.

They may call it negative recruiting, I call it the truth. If you present these facts to a potential recruit and he still chooses to play for Jimmy, I don't want you anyway.

Most of the college football players will never play football at the pro level.

A parent entrusts their son to take on the values/ethics of the coach influencing their son. Remember, Winning is more than a record!

How does that coach treat women? How does that school treat innocent children? How do they choose to win and play the game?

These issues determine the making of a successful man, not wins and losses. You play to win but not at the expense of mistreating others in your wake.

Rev - I could not have said it better. No truer words have ever been spoken.

FIXED.

There is 1 record that the ups football program has that no other school or football program comes close to, ups is at the very top all alone. Child rapes 29 or so, other institutions 0.
