I've read it's academics keeping Pitt from offering the kids.
Arizona St, Temple and there's talk of WVU offering now too. Is there a point you offer them just not to fall too far behind, or in the end Pitt thinks they are waiting for the local offer and have time to get what they need to do done in the classroom?

Just curious what people think.
