Smith is a great shooter but can't get his own shot and doesn't look for his shot. Beyond that, Robinson isn't good enough to get Smith open shots. He is completely useless out there.

And Jones, my oh my, he's gone the way of Josh Newkirk. He just keeps getting worse and worse.

The Smith/Jones SG combination........words cannot describe how bad that is. My guess is there are probably 200+ SG combinations than what we have.

Why not play Artis at the 2? No, he isnt going to defend anybody but although Smith and Jones try, they cant play D either.
Move Artis to the 2, Jeter at the 3, Young at the 4 and play ANO/Maia/Luther at the 5.

What this does is you are playing bigger. You are switching Smith/Jones for ANO/Maia/Luther. None of those guys can score but maybe Maia can get a few rebounds, ANO can block a shot or 2, or Luther can get a couple buckets.

Whatever the answer is, Smith and Jones CANNOT continue to play. That is madness.

Start Wilson while we're at it. I mean, we're losing by 20 anyways with a guy who scored 0 so what have we got to lose.

I would rather have Wilson or Johnson at the 2 than Smith/Jones. What more do they have to do to prove they are not ACC SGs. Maybe Wilson and Johnson arent either but lets find out at least.

youre sooo right. we have 0 gaurds that can create a shot off the dribble. smith needs wide open shots and I cant really remember a play where drove in the lane and scored. his defense is nothing to write home from either. robinson, I have much respect for cant drive and dish and definitely not quick enough to put pressure on opposing gaurds, seems totally lost. jones plays totally out of control and cam is also a stand and shoot guard. at least artis has dribble drive moves, going to the basket or a sweet pull up.

Really sucks how none of our guards can really create their own shot and legit NONE of them, can take the darn ball to the hoop.
