It may be very good for Jeffress is the longer term. When back he will be a year older and stronger and maybe the offensive light will finally come on for him.
He'll be just fine while he concentrates on his career as a doctor or something in the medical field. He doesn't need to come back for any reason.
Can't wait to see "lost a top-75 recruit to injury" added to Wanstash's list of postseason Capel excuses.
Jeffress is the one kid I could see sticking around for the new staff due to academics and proximity to home. Plus, I dont see any other P6's offering. Does he get a redshirt year since he played during Covid?

I doubt he'll want to be bothered with basketball if he's going to medical school. That's more of a work load than basketball and all that basketball would do is interfere with the time he needs for his studies.
