If that means going from Marshall,Miller, and Mack to Wade, Keatts, Drew, Beard, and Enfield then that is fine by me. I would add in Wayne Tinkle as another guy I like. There are others as well.Well, Jon Rothstein said today in his "Observations" that Pitt probably needs to set its sights lower than they initially thought they'd have to.
Other than Barnes supposedly reaching out to Miller what sights did we set that we are supposed to lower? Of course he may be referring to us fans and not Barnes.
What is considered popular? U should EXPECT us to get a no from Miller, Marshall, Mack, some fools even mentioned Calipari. If we get shot down by Wade, Keatts, Drew, Beard, and Enfield then I might be a little more concerned but Bennett, Holtmann, Tinkle are still solid choices.I am guessing that many of the popular names have queitly said thanks but no thanks. That vibe is starting to come through. could be wrong and just getting anxious.

The names being mentioned that would bring us down are: Willard, Knight, Antigua, Schmidt, Toole.
You're right, Howland is not the same caliber as Sean Miller. He's probably twice the coach Miller is, any way you want to measure it, but let's start with results, those are kind of what it's all about.meh, people need to relax including Rothstein. There are more quality names outside of Sean Miller. Let's face it Archie is not the same caliber, neither is Ben.
I think everyone nationally thinks that Every Pitt fan in the world wanted Miller.
I don't think that is even close to being the case. I don't have a twitter account or I would tell these National guys to shut it.
