-Quote regarding his basketball Coach potentially leaving his program. This is getting interesting now...

“Kevin has got the personality, he’s got the leadership quality,” Chancellor Jose V. Sartarelli said. “I’d like to keep him. We’ll cross that bridge when we get there, but there’s going to be an effort to make sure that he stays.”

-I find this post to be relevant since it came from the Chancellor of the school. As opposed to posting rumors and garbage, my posts have substance. There probably is an ignore button if you dont like it.
There is no indication that Pitt is even trying to set up an interview with Keatts.

Therefore, it really isn't relevant.

-He was getting screened, I can tell you that. What I can't tell you is how far it went or is in play, because I don't know. What I can also tell you is, as I said earlier, that information would never reach the media because of the Louisville situation. No way they find dirt and release it.

I will put myself out on a limb and say whoever we hire won't have more success than keatts will when he gets his chance

Anything going on in the realm of college basketball coaching jobs is relevant right now. Any movement anywhere.

How the hell would you know of Pitt is talking to Keats? You wouldn't. None of us would. The reporters likely wouldn't. .

-I dont need a source just so everyone knows to the original post in this thread. That quote I posted is 100% fact. Period. Who Barnes picks is anyone's guess right now, but the hand is getting played close to the vest. And if anyone tells me Pitt has no interest in Keatts, I will tell anyone that your sources are about as correct as Jamie Dixon staying at Pitt.
