Just a Thought: Could Matthews be a Starting Safety Right Now?

If Narduzzi didn't promise him WR, he would not have come here, I understand that. But with how well he has played special teams, it makes me wonder if he would have contributed more to this team as a Safety, especially with Whitehead out now.
