I think some of these locals. Rather go to a team that's already winning and they just want to fit into the winning way, they don't seem to want to be bothered with trying to help a mediocre team get better, they might just want to go to a school that's already good. Aka, "jumping on the band wagon" and maybe some of these kids don't think they are good enough to help a team get better, going to these other, better schools it's already a done deal. Or, maybe they think it's more prestigious to go to some of these schools. Just a thought!!!!!!!

Passion is nice but a lot of high school bloggers are better writers.

I would also disagree that the timing of offers and how soon kids play are being used as arguments unless it's the hot excuse from the WPIAL cadre of clowns.
