Kelly/Hudson Question for Chris/Ryan Snyder

Chris and/or Ryan,
There's been speculation that the departure of Kelly from PSU opens up a scholarship spot for Khaleke Hudson, and that now PSU would be willing to take a commitment from him. It has long been rumored that PSU was the favorite of Hudson, and with this recent development that he'll commit there.

Is this accurate? Or will PSU recruit as Chris frequently mentions "three years out"?
