What can you guys tell me about our chances with this stud out of Aliquippa? Typically a high school we recruit extremely well and he's got to be chomping at the bit to be inserted into Narduzzi's defense.

Sounds like he has great athleticism and speed in the secondary. At 6'3, could he grow into a LBer or would HCPN want to keep him in the secondary? Anyone seen him play, or know what our chances are of landing him?

i like our chances. he's also a quip which helps. but recruiting is recruiting, last year at this time 99.9999% on this board thought jeter was a pitt lock. the pitt coaches will need to do a good job recruiting him, as he will be actively recruited by a lot of good recruiters.

I think he will be a LB and I think he will do it at Pitt.

I heard he was close to giving Narduzzi a verbal a few months ago, but wanted to look around. As Vegas said....everybody and their mother had Jeter committing to Pitt and we see how that worked out. Quip to Pitt is a pretty strong pipeline and the kid is VERY close to Pugh, unlike the Wade/Matthews relationship.

Also, this kid is a Safety or WR in college. Most likely Safety.

I was very negative on our chances with wade but i like our chances much better with raines. pitt coaches have to be on their "A" game recruiting him.
