Jeff Capel deserves to be fired but because of Heather Lyke he won't be.
His staff all need replaced but that probably won't happen. I doubt 1 person will be replaced because Capel loves the status quo of crushing the fans hope season after season.
I know some "insiders" on here are claiming Lowe and the twins and Corhen and Amsal and hell, everyone will be back next season but I hope almost all of them leave.
I'd rather have Capel try and assemble a whole new roster and bench because he certainly can't win with the players he has now. A lot of coaches could and would but not below average Jeff Capel.
7 seasons with this bum and all we have to show for it was a play-in game invite. Didn't matter we had Blake and a 1st round draft pick on last seasons team - we still missed the Dance.
Bottom line: Capel sucks and we as fans need to prepare for more disappointment and collapses until he finally gets fired. Probably in 2 more seasons when the buyout is finally affordable.
