Latest Volleyball Rankings Out

Penn State really dropped.

GaTech moving up is good for Pitt if they can pull out a win. Running the table to end the season would be awesome. A couple of top ten wins would move them up a couple of spots in the tournament.
Winning at Ga Tech would be pretty massive— they are really good and especially good at home

Will be interested to see what Fisher does tactically against the Georgia Tech. The first match with them completely turned when he put a second defensive specialist on the court in set 3. But he never seems to start a match that way. Any chance he would do it this time?

I'm worried about this game....did not like what I saw last weekend with our receiving errors and erratic passing....I hope Fisher has this figured out.

I thought he should have put Mosley out there a lot sooner the last time.

With Texas getting swept by unranked K-State, the door re-opened for an ACC team to run the table and slide into a 1 seed potentially. I’ll be at the game tomorrow night at GT to cheer on our panthers, let’s hope they bring their A Game! Won’t be an easy match, the arena will be hopping with GT fans as tickets are totally sold out and start at $50+ on the secondary market

He does that to get someone who is stronger at serve receive in the back row if they're trying to survive a set. Did it Sunday at the end of the Miami game. Six rotation players aren't as strong in that role. You lose some offense, especially when the setter is rotating through the front row, but you're really not going anywhere if the other team is subbing in a deadly server and you're shanking ace's into the crowd.
