That was easily our most frustrating game of the year. We just didn't have it last night. Some thoughts:
- We lost this game in the first half. We had a chance to add to the 10 point lead multiple times and then were only up 4 going into the half.
- Bub was the only guy that played well last night other than Leggett. I still would NEVER have kept Lowe on the bench for that long.
- Hinson picked a bad time for an awful game. Can't go 2-9 in what is a must win.
- Not a single player made more shots than they missed. Simple math - we shot 32% from the field and 28% form three. Clemons shot 47% from both.
- Its wild to me that Fede, Hinson, GDG, all combined for 10 rebounds when Bub got 7 on his own.
- We had FOUR F'ING ASSISTS LAST NIGHT.
- I came out of last night's game thinking Clemson isn't even that great, but were just slightly better.
- I realize I'm the lone guy on this hill, but I don't think Pitt is out of it yet. If we win the next 3, we finish 21-10 and 12-8. I get the ACC is watered down but we should be able to win a first round game easily and we will at the very least have a shot of adding a good win to the resume in the ACC.
