And you think she did something illegal because CNN said so? It very well may not be illegal as long as she hasn't claimed a homestead exemption on any other property. I've heard attorneys state this, but attorneys mess up all the time. Maybe Tulsi will follow through and sue CNN.
And the Letitia James document is also based on "media reports" and not conclusive proof of anything. So hey, let's agree that either both get the benefit of a doubt or neither do. I'd be all for them both being investigated and held accountable if they broke the law. But we know that's now going to happen.
Thats all pretty damming. She is not long for her job. Occupancy fraud is a huge no no in the mortgage industry. Other than the financial reporting of the 10k debt to NY this is all federal and will end horribly for her. What a complete fraud
Because the federal government doesn't track state tax incentive programs and leaves it up to states and the fourth estate to track state infractions. Just like with Leticia, the potential infractions only came to light after media reports and It wasn't exposed until like a week ago. But once that comes to light, then her voting in Hawaii might be some of that federal election fraud that Trump's always railing about.
