here’s the deal - if your property usage is going to negatively impact others- say the water source
Then reasonable restrictions are what are warranted

Of course, but he isn't wrong to point out that government can have restrictions for a person's land.
No they should not, as long as the activities are contained to the property. And any restrictions on the property use for profit should be considered a government taking and compensation should be required.

Exactly. PA has fewer restrictions. Easier to do it wrong.
Not true, have you ever seen a well site? Do you know there are in excess of tens of thousands of active gas wells across the state of Pennsylvania. How many of these so called “environmental” problems do you hear about?
