Before the season, I predicted 8-4 with losses at OKST, Clemson, Miami, and a WTF loss at UVa (we didn't have a WTF loss last year so I figured we're due)

As I look at it now, UVa is even worse than I thought so that should be a win. UNC is a very probable loss, just too much speed and talent at UNC.

So we have 3 more probable wins (Marshall, Syr, Duke), 3 more probable losses (UNC, Miami, Clemson). That puts us at 5-4 with 3 games that could go either way: GT, UVa, VT.

I think Marshall, UVa, Duke and Syracuse are definite wins. I think UNC, GT and VT are toss ups but exoect Pitt to win 2 of 3. I think Miami and Clemson are probable losses.

I agree with you, unc will probably be even uglier than ok state due to that have about the same offense and a better defense. I feel we will win 2 of the games that could go either way. We do need another solution for blewitt. It will come back to hurt us.

Are u kidding me have u not seen UNC defense?it by far the worst defense we will go against this year by far,they are horrendous,they give up 400 rushing yards a game

I think Pitt will win at UNC. UVA, SU, Duke, Marshall are all teams Pitt should beat easily. Pitt should also beat GaTech & VaTech, although those games aren't sure things. Clemson & Miami are probable losses.

I'm not nearly as scared of UNC as some of you are. James Madison was UP on UNC for a good portion of the 1st half yesterday. UNC eventually blew them out in the 2nd half, but I would like to think our talent and fight could do a better job than James Madison.

UNC allowed JMU to score 28 points yesterday, they are not some sort of defensive juggernaut.

Watch the end of the UVA/UConn game from yesterday, fits right in with your bad clock management discussion. I would expect a helluva lot better from a coach like Bronco Mendenhall.
