Louisville Game at 6:30

Night games stink unless it's a rival game and you only have one a year. Other than that give me 12:00 every week so I have time to do things after I get home from the game.

Pitt's home record at night vs P5 teams since moving to Heinz has to be the worst in the country and I seriously mean that.

A few wins I can think of:

Thursday night against South Florida when Ray Graham went off

Thursday night against WVU the year we went to the Fiesta Bowl

Saturday night against ND (that Clausen team that mostly sucked) in '09

'19 and '21 Thursday nights against UNC

That '13 or '14 VT game when they had Brewer or whatever his name was at QB
'22 Backyard Brawl... also on a Thursday

Lousaka Polite VT game (I think it was '03)

So I doubt it's actually THAT bad, even though it feels like it. Of course, I could probably name more losses off the top of my head than the wins I just did.

Ok but I meant Saturday night home games. We have won very few Saturday night home games vs P5s

VT 03
UVa 06
ND
Cincy 2011?

Can't remember any others off hand. We may be like 4-20. Has Narduzzi ever won one?

Well how the hell was I supposed to assume that? Ha.

But I can't think of any P5 Saturday night home wins under Narduzzi, no. I can think of losses to Penn State '18, Virginia '19, Georgia Tech '22, Cincinnati '23.

I had originally thought Virginia in 2021 started at 6:30 but it was 3:30.

The game at least ended when it was dark…. Does that count?

You look at the lists everyone is coming up with and it is depressing how many times this team has fallen short over the years during prime time Saturday games. Ugh.

H2P

0-4 this year at night. Soon to be 0-5. It's like everyone forgot how to play and coach at the same time.

And UNC 23. He is 0-5 in home Saturday night games. All winnable games

This. Only one you missed was ‘13 ND game. That was heaven.

Night games are better, you can get drunk and pass out, I don't like to do that at noon.
