Louisville Getting Hosed Against UNC

Crazy end to a game. But i needed unc for this parlay i got going with pitt to cover tomorrow lol

They got the Royal treatment from the Tobacco Road mafia. Multiple game changing calls went against them.
But I’ll never feel sorry for that garbage institution.

Unc gets calls at home , just like most elite places .
Same with Kansas, Kentucky , MSU, etc

I know I'm a broken record on this, but I do hope you realize that the refs in college basketball work for multiple conferences. For example, Roger Ayers who did this UL-UNC game last night, worked the Marquette-Providence game on Sunday. So do you really think Roger Ayers "checks in" with ACC office before games he does with ACC teams. Or, knowing that most refs are contracted to work in five or more conferences, do you really think they would continue to work with a league that requires preferred outcomes for particular teams?

I never used to think that way, but ever since 13-9 I've had doubts.

Football is different. Referees only work for one conference.

Having said, I have a very good friend who is a Big East football ref. (He also did the Music City Bowl this year).

He'll readily speaks about how mistakes are made and how they review their performance as a team to improve. But I can say with 100% complete and absolute certainty that refs do not in any way receive any kind of directive from the league for a preferred outcome.
