-The Coaches have to be smarter than this.. Meaning Villanova has 8 guys on the line of scrimmage, not the box, but literally up on the line of scrimmage. We aren't even trying to play fake or audible or anything. Just straight runs up the middle. Looks like we mailed it in.

Both he and Zeise were wearing boots. The good news it looks like it's not a knee in either case. The bad news is, they could miss some time.

Officer was struggling first game back. Talent is there. Game speed is not. Not just the snaps. Guys were shedding him pretty regularly as the game wore on. He looked tired to me.

Here we go already. You put absurd expectations on them, and it has taken you exactly one game to come on here and complain they didn't match your expectations, because I know you expected 70-0 today with 10 Conner td's

-Not really. Defense and Special Teams was excellent. Offense looked like junior high level. MY expectations preseason was 8+ wins, lets not rewrite it until I say it. 1-0 against the spread.

We win 8 games last year, return just about everybody, have a huge emotional edge with the return of Conner, and you expected a close game at home against a D1-AA team?

By the way-go sit in on the O line group film study today and tell me how clean Coach Peterson thought it was.

Watts is going to be an incredibly disruptive player in this defense. He was already making the interior DL look better, with Jarrett.

Hopefully Hendrix is ready in a few weeks.

Zeise was hurt when one of he Nova players dove at the back of his legs while tracking a player toward the sideline. Two pretty cheap plays that need to be removed from the game.
