I'm happy they are getting blown out. I couldn't take another day of listening to the talking heads say, "It would be great for LSU and college basketball to see Ben Simmons make the tourney." Thinking they are one of the worst teams I've ever seen play with a true #1 draft prospect.
I don't know about that but it would be fun watching his passing ability next to Robinson. Artis, Young, and whoever was playing the 2 would get a lot of open looks!
Disagree. They are different players, but Simmons is as skilled a guy at his size as you'll see, ams a better NBA prospect than Ingram-that's why he will be the top pick in the draft. I do agree with the post you're responding to. That LSU coach is a bum.
Ben Simmons is the perfect example of those 5 Star one and dones who will enter and exit college without leaving ANY mark. I don't know why these guys even choose schools other than Duke, UNC, UK, KU, because putting them on a mediocre program does nothing for any of the parties.
Sort of like Steve Adams here. Now like I said, timing is everything, you add Adams to us this year and there would be a much bigger impact on the team performance. But Simmons on LSU really had no impact other than putting LSU on TV more than deserved.

Ingram is more skilled? No way. Better deep shooter, that is the only area that Simmons isn't superior. The guy is 6'10 240 with point guard skills. And Ingram is a toothpick.
Watch and see. Simmons will be the #1 pick. The people who make their livelihoods on these evaluations all have him a clear cut #1, and nothing short of injury or scandal is going to change that between now and draft day.
Anthony Bennett was a #1 pick, too.
Ingram will continue to be a better player in the nba too.
7'3" wing span, blocks shots , hits treys, great handle.
