Lyke on ACC Network investment

There is an interview on DKs site where Lyke discusses the investment Pitt is putting in to prepare for the ACC Network launch.

Confirms that all schools need to be up and running before the fall of 2018, one year in advance for the launch. Preparations are being made now. They have 19 full time employees working on the project and will have students involved in the productions.

One of the plans is to put a "front of the house" production studio in the atrium of the Pete with glass walls so people can get a peak at how the production of an event is done.

Costs for prep is to be between $5-7M.

All ADs and the ACC are still very bullish on the network returns.

ACC Network won't have a Paul Finebaum type of personality. Will go it's own route. Good read.

Good call. Many fewer are likely to be going through there for hoops games the next couple years as well.
