How does someone submit a question or comment for the mailbag? I see no link for it and can't figure out how to do it otherwise.

You actually have to mail your comment via US postals service

You have to be a premium member and go to the 5th and Forbes board. Usually Peak will start a thread on Thursdays asking for questions.
