Man is it depressing that the month of March means absolutely nothing anymore. I cant get excited about it with Pitt not competing for anything. I remember the days that March was a month-long holiday it seems. Worst part is, we are probably, at a minimum 5 more years away from the NCAA Tournament. 1 more year of Capel then maybe we can make the tournament in Year 4 of our lottery ticket hire. 11 years without making the NCAA Tournament is what it will be.
Since making the 1957 NCAA Tournament, our longest drought was 9 seasons from 1993-2002. Just incredible we went from the best era in school history to literally the worst. Why couldn't we have just been average?
